Graphic submissions: All common formats are accepted. For best results we recommend high-contrast images in TIF, EPS and JPG formats, at 200dpi. Color images should be saved using the CMYK pallette. Black and White images should use the Grayscale pallette. Our email will not accept files greater than 9.5mb. Adobe PDF's, when submitted with these formats work well. Graphics embedded in Microsoft Word documents are not high enough quality. Allow extra time if the graphics you are submitting do not meet these guidelines. When you have a physical image that is not available digitally, we have the capacity to scan it into a file format for submission. Scanning does not result in as high a level of quality as a stock image but is sufficient in most cases. Please consult with the Editor with regards to your particular situation.
